FOUND ON B2 LETTER CK, LT INBD VERTICAL STAB TIE BOLT FITTING CRACKED 1 INCH AT THE FIRST FASTENER HOLE AFT OF THE TIE BOLT.  REPLACED FITTING PER BOEING DRAWING 65-17509.
