## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT AIR TURNBACK FOR ALL FUEL QUANTITY INDICATORS INOP IN FLIGHT.  FOUND FUEL PANEL POWER SWITCH BUMPER NOT MAKING CONTACT WITH PANEL POWER SWITCH.  REPLACED MASTER POWER SWITCH GUARD.
