## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF, NR 3 ENGINE FLAMED-OUT, RETURNED PVR.  INITIAL INSPECTION FOUND NR 3 TURNBINE BLADES DISINTEGRATED.  REPLACED NR 3 ENGINE FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
