DEPARTING DFW AFT CARGO DOOR CAME OPEN DURING ROTATION AT T/O.  NUMBER 3 ENGINE PRECAUTIONARY SHUT DOWN IN FLIGHT DUE TO MULTIPLE COMPRESSOR STALLS.  ONE FAN BLADE NICKED AND MINOR DAMAGE TO ACCOUSTICAL PANEL.
