## Discrepancy

RTO AT EWR DUE TO RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT REACH T/O EPR SETTING.  REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE EPR TRANSMITTER.  OPERATED RIGHT ENGINE AT T/O POWER PER PFHB AND ALL ENGINE PARAMETERS NORMAL.
