OBSERVERS SEAT OXYGEN MASK BROKEN.  FOUND WHEN WORKING MSU TO CHECK FOR OXYGEN SYSTEM LEAKS.  REMOVED MASK FROM OBSERVERS POSITION.  OBSERVERS SEAT INOP.  FWD TO MCO AND PLACARD.
