ON L/O, FOUND EMERGENCY OVERHEAD SEAT LIGHT AT 18DEF INOP.  RELAMPED, NO HELP.  FOUND BATTERY PACK NOT SECURED.  REINSTALLED AND SECURED, OPN NOW CKS NORMAL.
