## Discrepancy

DURING REPAIR OF STA 663 FRAME AT S3L AN EXISTING FASTENER LOCATION WAS NOTED TO HAVE SHORTED ALONG WITH STANDOFFS THAT INTERFERED WITH REPAIR ACCOMPLISHMENT.  REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS WERE ISSUED VIA ERA 385749-14.
