ACFT UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE IN STBY MODE.  REMOVED AFT OUTFLOW VALVE.  INSTALLED NEW VALVE PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL.  ALSO REPLACED CONTROLLER AND PANEL TEST SYS PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
