## Discrepancy

ON WALK AROUND, FOUND NR 3 MAIN TIRE FAILURE CAUSING DAMAGE TO RT INBD FLAP AND RT GEAR INBD TRAILING EDGE FORE FLAP.  CLOSE OUT PANEL.  REPLACED TIRE AND REPAIRED DAMAGE.
