ON CLIMBOUT, LOST ALL FLT INSTRUMENTS ON LEFT SIDE, RETURNED TO CVG.  FOUND NORMAL TRANSFER C/B TRIPPED.  REPLACED R3 TRANSFER RELAY, OPERATION NORMAL.
