L/E SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF.  PERFORMED  PROC PER POM.  LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED.  FLAPS INDICATED A LITTLE LESS THAN 1 DEG.  REPLACED NR 6 I/B AND O/B SLAT ACTUATORS.
