PANEL UNDER LT ENG FWD COWL OPENED EN ROUTE LGA.  FOUND AIR LEAK INSIDE INLET COWL.  REPLACED LT ENG NOSE COWL PER MM PERFORMED ENG ANTI-ICE CKS OK.
