FOUND LT OVERWING SLIDE PACK PARTIALLY DEPLOYED DURING ROUTINE DEACTIVATION OF EMEGENCY ESCAPE SYSTEM.  LANYARD WAS PULLED FREE FROM SLIDE PACK.  C/W OPN 7809 NR 1L ESCAPE DOOR SLIDE REPLACEMENT REF RC     650-651.
