RT GEN WOULD NOT COME ON LINE.   CHECKED BPCU FOR FAULTS AND FOUND RT IDG LOW OIL SENSE.  CHECK IDG AND UNABLE TO LOCATE LEAK.  ETOPS CATEGORY 'E':  PROBLEMS WITH SYSTEMS CRITICAL TO ETOPS.
