## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE ON CLIMBOUT.  INSPECTED AIRCRAFT ON ARRIVAL, NO DOORS OR SERVICE DOORS OPEN.  FOUND EQUIPMENT COOLING VALVES OPEN, RESEQUENCED EQUIPMENT COOLING VALVES AND LOCKED OUT PER MEL 21-58-06.  AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED NORMALLY.
