DURING FLT CONTROL CHECK, AILERON AND ELEVATOR FELT VERY HEAVY.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCK.  REPLACED RT LCCA, RIGGED AND LEAK CHECKED, OPERATION NORMAL.
