AFTER LEVEL LOUD BANG HEARD BY FLIGHT CREW FOLLOWED BY AIRFRAME VIBES.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO ATL WHERE MTC FOUND BOTH APU ACCESS DOORS MISSING.  ITEM UNDER INVESTIGATION.
