CO-PILOTS ND HAD MAP FAIL FLAG.  ISOLATED CAUSE TO SYMBOL GENERATOR AND VERIFIED.  CTR SYMBOL GENERATOR FWD TO MCO AND AIRCRAFT WAS DISPATCHED FROM MAD NON ETOPS PER MEL 34-22-05A.  FOUND WIRE ON NORM/TRUE SWITCH.
