## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE START VLV WILL NOT ENGAGE, NO ROTATION.  FOUND NR 1 ENG STARTER SEIZED.  REPLACED NR 1 ENG STARTER AND SERVICED PER AMM.  LEAK CHECK OK.  STARTED ENG AT GATE, IND AND OPN CHECKS NORMAL.
