LT PACK OFF AND LT EICAS LT PACK OFF LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE WITH LT PACK TURNED OFF.  RESET CONN ON FLOW CONTROL VALVE CYCLED PACK SEVERAL TIMES, CHECKS OK.
