ON TAXI OUT BOTH HF RADIOS INOPERATIVE.   INSPECTED ANTENNA ATTACH POINT AND COUPLER RACK CONNECTORS.  DAMAGE NOTED.  REPLACED BOTH HF COUPLERS.  ESTABLISHED COM WITH ANOTER AIRCRAFT CHECKS NORMAL PER AMM.  ETOPS CATEGORY 'F': ANY OTHER EVENT DETRIMENTAL TO ETOPS.
