3 APU START ATTEMPTS AT 39000/ 35000/ AND 23000 NO RPMS A APU DOOR STATUS MSG DISPLAYED APU INOP.  FOUND APU DOOR ACTUATOR C/B POPPED.  RESET C/B APU STARTED NORMAL.
