NR 8 MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE FOUND AT 30 DEGREE ANGLE UPON WALKAROUND INSP BY MTC, FOUND AXLE BROKEN.  REPLACED SAME.  REPAIRED WIRING HARNESS.
