WEB AT STA 654+121, LBL 40 WAS FOUND DAMAGED, CARGO COMPARTMENT JUST BELOW INNER CHORD.  REPAIR WILL INVOLVE CUTTING THE WEB, SPLICING IAW  INSTRUCTIONS.  REPAIRED IAW ERA 455777-14.
