EICAS MSG ENGINE FUEL FILTER LT OCCURRED INTERMITT, EICAS MSG ENGINE FUEL FILTER LT OCCURRED MOMENTARILY DURING CLIMBOUT.  T/S PER FIM 73-11 TASK 801.  REPLACED LT ENGINE FUEL FILTER PER MM.  RAN ENGINE, LEAK CHECK GOOD.
