## Discrepancy

FROM ABOUT 13000 FT TO GROUND, NR 2 ENGINE WAS NOT RESPONSIVE TO THROTTLE MOVEMENT.  ENGINE SHUT DOWN AT TOUCH DOWN WITH FUEL SWITCH.  FOUND TELEFLEX CABLE END BROKEN AT FFR END.  REPLACED CABLE, NOW CKS OK.
