BS 1212 BULKHEAD WEB FOUND CRACKED AT RBL 6. CRACK IS 2 INCHES.  THE RBL 6 LOCATION REQUIRES A CHANGE TO THE DOUBLER PROFILE TO ACCOMMODATE A CABLE PASS-THROUGH.
