AFTER LIFTOFF SMOKE BEGAN TO COME FROM UNDER GLARESHIELD.  FOUND CAPTS UTIL REOSTAT DAMAGED AND FLOOD LIGHT C/B POPPED PULLED AND COLLARED C/B J3 AND J5 FWD TO MCO PER MEL.
