## Discrepancy

SMOKE SEEN COMING FROM OVHD BIN ABOVE ROW 45 DURING TAXI IN.  SMOKE DISSIPATED WHEN THE BIN WAS OPENED.  FOUND LT AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT CHARGER PWR SUPPLY BAD.  REPLACED SAME, CKS OK.
