## Discrepancy

FOUR RIGHT DOOR DID NOT OPEN AND THE SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY DURING EVACUATION.  FOUND 'T' HANDLE NOT FULLY DEPLOYED, OPS CHECK NORMAL.
