ON L/O, FOUND RT SECTION D FLOOR TRACK LIGHTING INOP.  SWAPPED BATTERIES AND CONTROLLER, NO HELP.  SWAPPED CHARGERS, NO HELP.  RANG OUT WIRES AND FOUND LOOSE GROUND STUDS, TIGHTENED.  OPS CK GOOD.
