ON GROUND, WASTE/WATER PANEL AFT 1 AND AFT 2 SWITCH LIGHT SHORTED OUT CAUSING FLAME AND SMOKE.  USED HALON BOTTLE, SWITCH 217201153 FAULTED.  REPLACED PANEL (P/N 3170001240).
