DURING LETTER CHECK, FOUND RIGHT ELEVATOR, SPAR WEB CRACKED AT LIGHTENING HOLE JUST INBOARED OF THE OUTBOARD ATTACH FITTING.  REPAIRED PER SRM 55-21-00.
