## Discrepancy

AIRBORN SMELLED ELECTRICAL ARCING WITH AN UNUSUAL MOTOR NOISE ORIGINATING FROM BEHIND F/E PANEL.  FOUND INSTRUMENT COOLING FAN LOCKED UP AND VERY HOT.  REPLACED FAN, INSPECTED ALL WIRING IN AREA.
