TWO C/B ARE OUT FOR THE NR 1 H20 PRESSURE SYS.  F/A NOTICED ELEC ODOR DURING CRUISE NEAR THIS BREAKER PANEL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 H20 COMPRESSOR.
