## Discrepancy

SMOKE REPORTED ON APPROACH TO ATL IN AFT LT LAV.  FOUND AFT LT LAV WATERLINE HEATER SHORTED CAUSING TEFLON TAPE TO MELT.   REPLACED HEATER.
