## Discrepancy

CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT L2-781 IN NR 12 CEILING PNL INOP.  FOUND LOOSE WIRE ON GROUND TERMINAL.  SPLICED NEW TERMINAL END ON TO GROUND.  LIGHT OPS NORMAL.
