DURING INSPECTION AT HAECO LAKE CITY, FLORIDA AT R/H FR 35-36 PRESSURE PANEL HOLE # 28 WAS CRACKED AT 2 AND 10 O'CLOCK POSITION IN THE PRESSURE DECK PANEL.
