## Discrepancy

DURING FLIGHT FROM TEB TO ADS DURING DESCENT FLAPS WILL NOT LOWER WHEN SELECTED TO 15, 25, OR 45 DEGREES.  DIVERTED TO DFW AND LANDED SAFELY.  ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
