WHEN GEAR WAS RETRACTED ON TAKEOFF RIGHT RED LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED.  GROUND PERSONNEL NOTED THAT THE GEAR APPEARED DOWN.  ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
