## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED ON APPROACH.  SLATS EXTENDED AND FLAPS FAILED AT 5 DEGREES.   REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP PDU IAW 750 MM CHAPTER 27-52-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
