DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, STANDBY AIRSPEED INDICATOR STAYED AT 0 KTS.  BOTH PFD AIRSPEED INDICATIONS WERE ACCELERATING THROUGH 60 KTS.  ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
