DESCENDING THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 37000 FT WINDSHIELD HEAT INOP RT CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED SHORTLY AFTERWARDS A LAMINATE LAYER OF THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD SHATTERED.  ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
