AFTER TAKEOFF, GREEN NOSE WHEEL DOWN INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINING ON.  NO RED UNLOCK INDICATOR, AND NO AUDIBLE GEAR OR GEAR DOOR NOISE.  GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY, NORMAL LANDING.  ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
