RUDDER LIMIT FAIL -A-, 15 PERCENT OF RUDDER AVAILABLE AT LANDING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER RUDDER LIMITER IAW CE750 M/M CHAPTER 27-23-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
