## Discrepancy

ENGINES STARTED NORMALLY, DURING SPEED BRAKE RETRACTION TEST THE LEFT ENGINE FLAMED OUT, TAXIED BACK TO FBO.  RERIGGED LT ENGINE THROTTLE IAW CE560 MM 76-11-00.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
