## Discrepancy

DURING TAXI WHEN THE RT THROTTLE WAS ADVANCED, THEN MOVED TO IDLE, THE RT ENGINE FLAMED OUT.  ADJUSTED RT THROTTLE IAW MM 76-11-00.  OPS CK NORM.
