## Discrepancy

ON TAKE-OFF CABIN CONTROLLER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURIZATION.  TROUBLESHOT TO VENT BLOCKAGE ON CONTROLLER. CLEARED BLOCKAGE AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CE 560 MM CH 21-31-00.
