NO TAKEOFF WARNING DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION. EXCERISED FLIGHT CONTROLS SEVERAL TIMES IN AND OUT OF (NO TAKE OFF) MONITORING TO T/O PROBE SYS IS OPERATING NORMAL AT THIS TIME IAW CH 31-52-00 OF MM.
